1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple!
- Choose your product.
- Select the size, color (if applicable), and quantity.
- Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Complete your payment, and your order will be processed!
2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After this, the order will be in production and cannot be altered.
3. How long does it take to process my order?
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Time: Varies based on location but generally 5-10 business days.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this to track your package via the courier's website.
6. What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we’ll assist in tracking it down. If an order is confirmed lost by the courier, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
7. What is your return and refund policy?
- We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with clear photos for verification.
- Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund.
8. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry about that! Please email us at TheKrustyCanvas@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
9. Do you accept custom design requests?
At this time, we do not offer custom design services.
10. Can I send a product as a gift?
Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient’s address during checkout. We don’t include receipts in packages, so it’s ready to be gifted.
